Refund Policy

We want you to be able to try The Dog Code with confidence. In addition to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law, we offer the following commercial guarantee.

14-day guarantee

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing anualidadmatematica@gmail.com from the email address used for the order and identifying the purchase.

Once a valid refund request is approved, the refund will be returned through the original payment method. Processing time can depend on the payment provider or bank.

Digital access after refund

After a refund, your licence to use the refunded digital product ends and access may be revoked. You must not continue to use, share or distribute downloaded copies.

Mandatory consumer rights

This commercial guarantee does not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your country. For digital content supplied immediately, the checkout may request consent and acknowledgements required by applicable law concerning the start of digital supply and statutory withdrawal rights.
