Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern purchases of The Dog Code and related digital products sold under the Professor Golden brand by ANUALIDAD MATEMATICA, S.L. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Seller

2. Product and delivery

The Dog Code is a digital product. The current offer includes the main ebook and the stated digital bonuses. No physical product is shipped. Access is intended to be provided electronically after successful payment through the checkout and delivery service.

3. Price and taxes

The introductory retail price displayed on this website is €23.99, VAT included. The final checkout will show the amount payable before the order is confirmed. Where legally required, taxes may be handled according to the customer’s location and the payment platform used.

4. Licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the digital content for your own private use. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or commercially reproduce the files.

5. Immediate digital supply

By requesting immediate access to digital content, you may be asked at checkout to consent to supply beginning immediately and to acknowledge any effect this has on statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer law. This does not limit the separate 14-day commercial refund guarantee described in our Refund Policy.

6. Refund guarantee

Professor Golden offers the 14-day refund guarantee described in the Refund Policy. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you remain unaffected.

7. Educational nature

The content is educational and does not constitute veterinary, medical or individualized professional advice. Results depend on the individual dog, circumstances and how the information is applied. No specific behavioral outcome is guaranteed.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, ANUALIDAD MATEMATICA, S.L. is not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of the content or reliance on it as a substitute for appropriate professional advice.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections granted by the law of your country of habitual residence, and any mandatory rules on jurisdiction continue to apply.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The terms applicable to a purchase are those presented or linked at the time of purchase.
